Terms & Conditions — jyo9 Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the jyo9 website at jyo9.io and all associated services, features, games, and tools made available to registered users.
• "Account" refers to the individual player account created upon successful registration on the jyo9 platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account on jyo9 and is using the platform's services.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a player's jyo9 account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any credited bonuses (subject to their individual terms).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credit, free bet value, or incentive awarded by jyo9 under specific promotional terms, which may not be withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other product offered on the jyo9 platform.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on jyo9. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms. jyo9 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or winnings arising from them.

3.2 Accurate Information

3.3 Account Security

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jyo9 may require identity verification at any point, including — but not limited to — before processing a withdrawal, when a promotional bonus has been claimed, or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents for KYC verification include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and proof of payment method ownership may also be requested.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player's account within seconds of confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to one (1) business day. jyo9 is not liable for delays caused by the payment service provider or the player's financial institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and, subject to KYC compliance, processed within fifteen (15) minutes to mobile wallet services during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operational hours. 4.5 Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. jyo9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, and the name on the destination account must match the name on the registered jyo9 account exactly.

4.6 Currency

All transactions on jyo9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where amounts are displayed using the ৳ symbol, this denotes Bangladeshi Taka. jyo9 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies through the standard platform.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jyo9 offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and time limits will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. 6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bets and vary by market, event type, and individual account status. jyo9 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any bet at its discretion, including for individual players whose betting patterns are inconsistent with recreational play.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect price or outcome being displayed, jyo9 reserves the right to void the affected bets. Players should not place bets if they believe that a displayed price or game outcome is clearly erroneous. Winnings arising from manifest errors will not be paid.

6.4 Casino and Live Casino

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jyo9 platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game interfaces, and data — is the intellectual property of jyo9 or its licensed third-party content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds arising from your own betting or gaming decisions.

jyo9's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

11.1 Closure by the Player

Before closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules and any remaining verified balance will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method. 11.2 Suspension or Closure by jyo9

jyo9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
